4-Fixed Co-op AI syncing

5-Fixed Co-op Chopper not moving

6-Fixed Co-op AI not loading/spawning

7-Fixed Co-op AI standing still (instead of dying)

8-Boat can be looted once fully built

9-Package is refilled with random (useful) items
